Namun, selepas hampir setahun aku bekerja. Work scope aku semakin bertambah.

Balik on-time?

Walaupun aku masih muda time tu, kalau dah hari-hari balik pukul 10 malam. Badan yang kuat pun boleh jadi lembik. Lama-lama, aku dah tak tahan. Aku pun email ke HR.

Dear HR Manager,
This email is to request a discussion on my current compensation package.
I feel my current job scope was not as per my employment contract. I have been overloaded by unnecessary job scope that not as per my original employment contract.
Looking forward to have your positive reply.
Regards,
Rahman

What?? Paling-paling pun naiklah 50% (RM900). Aku pun reply email MD aku.

Dear Boss,
I do appreciate your effort for the increment provided. However, it is still not sufficient with the workload I have right now. I highly appreciate if you can consider RM900 increment due to I’m working 4 hours extra everyday.
Regards,
Rahman

YA ALLAH, SOMBONG NYA BOSS AKU NI.

Amarah aku dah sampai maksimum. Sebab aku memang pantang jika majikan tidak menghargai pekerja. Aku terus reply email Boss aku tanpa berfikir panjang.

Dear Boss,
I’m concur with hiring timeline provided by Rahman.
It will impact our operation if Rahman plan to tender within 24 hours. We cannot afford to have this impact due to our manpower loading already at maximum.
We need to have discussion on new compensation package for Rahman.
Regards,
HR Manager

Kena slash jugak RM100.hahaha). Nevertheless, yang penting ada kenaikan.

After that email jugak, Boss aku tone down skit dengan aku and ada sense of respect (maybe hiring timeline aku tu memberi kesan mendalam kepada dia).

So, guys. Moga bermanfaat
Assalam
